Project Overview: Time Travel is a fictional time share brokerage based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Through my research into time and vacation share realty, I quickly discovered that there is quite a bit of distrust felt by customers regarding this line of business. One of the most common issues with these types of transactions is miscommunication and deception, often leading to loss of money. Discovering that there were more people selling their time shares than buying them, I chose to create a company where people could buy and sell through a brokerage rather than privately.

I wanted the site to combine the security of deeded ownership with the feeling of a vacation getaway. My research also showed that the growing demographics of timeshare buyers were younger families, so gearing the site toward parents and their children was paramount. The colours are soft with beach inspired photographs. The site was built for easy property search and a route to always connect with a realtor.
